Suite Facilities
- All Treetop Suites are built on stilts in the gorge with easy access along the forest floor. All suites have a shaded carport.
- All suites have an outside decked patio area and a weber braai. Only charcoal and briquettes may be used, please no wood.
- The kitchens have a fridge, microwave and gas cooker with crockery and cutlery for your convenience.
- All suites offer in-room safes.
- The suites have air conditioners and all beds are fitted with electric blankets.
Food & Drink
- We have an onsite honesty bar "De' Adder Padda" fully licensed to serve a variety of local beverages. Open from 10am to 6pm (or later if requested).
- Each suite has a tea and coffee station which is filled prior to arrival, replenishment packs can be requested from reception as needed.
- We offer a DIY Menu with meals that can be cooked over the coals or in the microwave.
Guest Comforts
- Guest amenities include body wash, shampoo, conditioner and bubble bath, not forgetting handwash and moisturiser.
- White bath towels and coloured swimming towels.
- No hairdryers are provided in the suites, but can be requested from reception if needed.
Housekeeping
- The suites are no longer serviced daily; guests staying over a 3 day period will have their linen and towels refreshed on the 3rd day.
- Maintenance staff will collect rubbish between 10am and 12pm daily, and the weber braai will also be cleaned by the staff if needed.
- Should you require daily servicing, please enquire at reception upon arrival.
Connectivity
There is intermittent cell phone signal in the area and there is Wi-Fi available in all the suites.
Safety
The suites have fire hydrants and fire blankets.
Sustainability
We are partially off the grid and rely on solar for 90% of our power; load shedding does not affect us unless we haven't had sunshine for 2 days.
It's more than a one night stay!
