HERE'S WHERE WE ARE

The closest development to Teniqua Treetops is Sedgefield, a village on the Cape's magnificent Garden Route. There is a range of essential facilities at Sedgefield including a supermarket, petrol station, post office, churches and a really great Saturday morning Craft and Produce market. Sedgefield is on the sea and there are fantastic, unspoiled sandy beaches and a safe lagoon for swimming and boating, a selection of restaurants and a hotel.


BY CAR
As you drive along the N2 highway, from George to Knysna, 5km after Sedgefield look out for the brown 'tourist' sign for Teniqua Treetops on your left, turn left and continue towards Barrington. We're 15.5 Km along the road. The entrance is clearly marked with a black reflective sign on the left hand side of the road.

BY COACH
Intercape offer a coach service from Cape Town to Sedgefield. www.intercape.co.za the journey time is approximately 8 hours.

Tuinroete 18 seater Bus travels daily between Cape Town and George and back to Cape Town phone 044 873 0952 or 082 485 1515; ticket prices approximately R150 one way (September 2007)

There is also a Mini-Coach that travels from Cape Town and stops in Sedgefield their email address is info@saconnection.co.za The mini-coaches (18 seaters) take about 6 hours.


BY AIR
There are numerous international flights into Cape Town. From Cape Town there is a choice of internal services flying the short hop to George. You will need to hire a car for the 50 minute, very scenic, drive from the airport to Teniqua Treetops.


BY SEA
Sail into Knysna and moor at one of the available pontoons. Enquiries for moorings and their availability at www.knysna.gov.za
